Obesity is most common and serious public health issue of the 21st century. Unbalanced food nutrition and lack of daily physical activity may be a cause of obesity.
Today, we are going to study the concept of obesity and learn how to manage your health.
This program is created for university students who really have not learned about the obesity.
Through this program, we will cover the concept of obesity, Body Mass Index, statistics, food nutrition, daily exercise, and health planner.
You will learn each contents, perform types of exercise, assess yourself, and evaluate your health planner.


Instructional objectives:

At the end of this online training, students will be able to…
1) Identify at least two examples of the following concepts; obesity, BMI calculation, and MyPyramid.
2) Perform at least five types of basic daily exercise.
3) Design three months fitness and eating schedule to record on Health Planner
4) Evaluate their progress in to the Health Planner by using a score rubric.
